Located at Duval and Greene since 1937, this is Key West’s most famous bar. Ernest Hemingway was a regular in its early days, but that’s just part of its appeal. There’s live music every day, and the crowd is just as entertaining as the band. When people think of Key West nightlife, this is usually the place that comes to mind.

Here’s a fun fact: this is where the original Sloppy Joe’s stood from 1933 to 1937, so this is the bar where Hemingway actually drank.
